MATHIAS GRÜN is Associate Partner at FAKTOR3 Consulting GmbH.

His competencies and focus are on the development of strategy, personnel and organisation in change processes. In this context, he is the expert for a successful cultural change as well as the development of necessary qualification measures and the design of learning and development paths. For many years, he was in a leading position in the field of personnel and cultural development at a large nationally operating enterprise with many decentral subsidiaries.  

In his private time, he likes to hike and go sailing. In addition, for more than 40 years, he has been active as a volunteer in different roles for the development of Taekwondo.
