FRAUKE HUPPERTZ is shareholder and partner of FAKTOR3 Consulting GmbH. She studied Law and Psychology at the University of Hamburg. For eight years she worked as a lawyer as well as corporate counsel and gained qualifications in management consulting, coaching, leading workshops and conducting trainings with passion and life experience. Now she concentrates wholly on the diverse profession as workshop leader, and consultant of management, teams and organisations. 

Since 2003, her focus is on developing creative and structured conflict-solution, communication and negotiation strategies and teaching them in workshops. Furthermore, she concentrates on conducting workshops in the fields of creativity and team development. She applies her talents and knowledge to support organisations, teams and executives in change processes and facilitates a smooth and time-saving implementation of the respective change. Since 2007, she is also active in the training of coaches and workshop leaders at the Weiterbildungsinstitut Westfalen-Lippe (Institute for Further Education). She has three wonderful daughters with whom she spends a lot of time. She reads and travels extensively, plays volleyball and enjoys nature, which she explores by bicycle as well as on horseback.
