DIETMAR LORENZ is Associate Partner at FAKTOR3 Consulting GmbH. He is a crisis-resilient manager of complex projects and has international and personal experience.  

His personality is characterised by methodological clarity as well as sound communication and empathy. For more than 20 years, he has been working as project leader, moderator and manager, often for companies with an affinity for technology. He leads professionally and culturally heterogeneous teams with confident behavioural competence and creates a climate of professional trust.   

On the basis of project management, organisational consulting and optimisation – with the respective systems and processes – since 2009 his focus is on the holistic perspective on change management with the topics mentality, attitude, behaviour, and culture. On his expeditions, he is enthusiastic about the new and unknown, but does not lose sight of the valuable experiences of good, weatherproof management. He is married and has two grown-up children with whom he likes to discuss about digitalisation philosophy and politics.
