FRANK IHLENBURG is the founder and majority shareholder of FAKTOR3 Consulting GmbH. Apart from his activities in change and project management in companies from various industries, he regularly works as a management and team coach. His main competences and foci are, above all, in pragmatic strategic and corporate development, i.e. the weatherproof supervision of challenging corporate transformations and the practical, on-site coaching of complex and closely integrated projects.
 
The industrial engineer with an MBA degree in strategic marketing began his career as a junior manager in an international conglomerate. After this, he gathered experiences in a large international management consultancy for ten years. Here he acted as consultant, partner, and, finally as a board member and fellow-partner. 

In addition to his consulting and coaching activities for F3C, he acts as member of the supervisory board of a national provider of further education and social services with more than 1,000 employees. In his private life, he goes sailing and likes to jog, rides his motorcycle and, above all, enjoys friendly scuffles with his son, who is becoming stronger all the time.
