Before joining FAKTOR3 Consulting, he spent many years as a managing director in the raw materials sector, where he led change and integration projects, as well as daily business — particularly in medium-sized companies. His perspective consistently balances efficiency, structure, and sustainable development.

He studied business law and law, complemented by additional qualifications in organizational development.
